master wrote:It is not that simple. :thinking

For new house.

1. Don't buy a house facing ' Y' - ' T ' - ' U' Road
2. Don't buy a house hear cemetery, holy house or dump site.
3. Don't buy a house that the road is higher then the front of the house.
4. Don't buy a house that the front house is lower than the house land.
5. Don't buy a house that is disturb by noise and the place don't smell good.

House inside.

Don't buy a house the the toilet or kitchen in the house center.
Don't buy a house the toilet is near the main door.
Don't buy a house that the living room is smaller then the kitchen.

Hope this can help you.

Is there any particular direction i need to look out for? Like the facing of my main door and my Master Bed?

Regards

Anyhow - choose a house that face south is good, it is suitable for everyone and it is easier to feng shui.

House facing west and rooms in the west will be hot in the afternoon and sometime at night also. you will have to consider this also.

Good Luck. :vh:

We did not know of this information when purchasing the house we are in at this moment (purchase April 2007). The house faces East, and the kitchen is almost in the center. We have done many feng shui things to the home to settle the energy, but we also want to make sure that good energy flows to us, as well as opportunity to get better jobs, obtain loans that we require, and possibly be relocated to a better job without the house holding us hostage. Is there anything else we can do to ensure the house is in good shape, will sell quickly, etc... and "motivate" or "encourage" these wishes for new jobs, more money, closing of our financial loan, etc... to come more quickly?

Many thanks and blessings,

Patricia

Dhealing FS techniques should be able to balance and bring good chi to you house.

Just place 2 scc and do a light declutter will be fine.

Dear master

Best to choose a house facing South, do you mean main door or the direction if the whole apartment?

Besides South facing, may I know what is the 2nd & 3rd choices?

Thsnks.

Main door - it is easier to feng shui when face south - warm air enter the house and cold air leave the house in the north.

It is very good that the house face the south is not disturb be the moving sun.

It is easier to choose rooms locate at the east side or west side.

Other choices will depend on individual preferable or liking .

Hmmm... master is it because of his divorce case? His home is very well maintained that attracts us besides the highway traffic noise.

Hi Master

The unit somehow is still available although agent said a buyer is in the process of negotiating the offered price. So you are very correct! When I was at the unit... dont feel any air at the living room.

Dear Master

We were invited to view an apartment. The balcony is facing East and the main apartment door is facing west. Overlooking the balcony is a Church on the opposite. The kitchen is somehow on the NW/W sector. Although it is small in size but location is near amenities and future underground MRT.

Appreciate it if you could give a feedback if this unit is suitable especially for health & financial stability. So we can put it as one of the suitable apartment in our list.

Thank you.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We will put it in our shortlisted list upon the success of the sale of our development as per your advice the chances are good.

Out of curiosity, you did mention that the main door of the house facing South and bedrooms on the East or West are good. So the unit which we viewed with main door on the West... what is the significance and how does the chi flows?
