Salt Bath

Unread postby master » Sun Aug 09, 2009 11:54 pm

Fill up about 20 litres of water in a pail - add a handful of salt into this container - stir it.

Wet body with normal water - then pour this water slowly from head downwards.

Then take normal bath.

Normal salt will do. Warm or cold water is suitable.

Master,

What is the Significance of taking this salt bath, and how often should we be doing it?

Regards
Sai

Master,

Thank you for guiding us the salt bath. I have been doing it once a week when I am feeling very tired. What I did was take normal bath. Next, I rub my body with sea salt and then wash off the sea salt from the body. Is this way effective as well?

Yes - it is good - it is sufficient. :)

It is more effective when mixed in a pail of water.

It can remove negative emotional chi from one's body and aura - when this is done good chi can flow easily to you and you will feel fresh and peaceful.

Once a week will do.

I think I need this salt bath badly. I'll try this before this week ends.

Dear saisara,

At first glance, I don't think it could be harmful to pregnant women... but I better check with Master and will confirm ASAP :-)

Be well :g
