Wow! :D: Now...that's quick and easy! Thank you,Master! I'll use this technique when I'll bake my curry puffs with vegetables and hard boiled egg. People here just love it.

Happy quick-peeling :g

:thinking :thinking :thinking .... anyone tried this yet :?: Heheh, my youngest son and I tried it out, but we must be doing it wrong....the egg didn't pop out at all and we got blue in the face from blowing hard into one end of the egg! Or maybe, we were busy laughing too hard at the same time!

Definitely a very good lung exercise there! :vh:

Good Luck!

I didn't try it yet as I seldom boil eggs, but I think it would help if you'd soak the eggs after boilling and tapping both tops of the eggs, for a half an hour in cold water, then it shoul go easy :D: !I remember doing it by my grandma advice before peeling ;) .......

Thank you for your grandma's tip, dear Katarina! :g I didn't know it helps to tap both ends of the eggs before soaking in cold water. I will do exactly just that! We eat a lot of hard boiled eggs - in sandwiches, or in some Chinese dishes (called "Tau Yew Bak" or Braised Pork Belly in Soy Sauce and Hard Boiled Eggs). :vh:

With love and hugs,

choesf :D:

Well, ladies, I did it! :vh: :D:

Katarina's grandma' was right. It's a good tip to tap both ends of the eggs before soaking in cold water! Then I've made a bigger hole at one end and blew through the other one. The egg got out very easily.

Try and you'll see...it's easy :vh:
