Dear Master,

Good afternoon. I just want to update that I have started taking fish oil two times a day as of yesterday.

Master, can I take fish oil with my oat drink, or do I need to wait a while after taking the oat drink? Maybe take it with my breakfast or lunch? I am taking Omega-3 with concentrate 1200 mg; EPA 396 mg, and DHA 264 mg.

Here is how this technique work.

The four basic types of fat that the body derives from food. polyunsaturated fats, Cholesterol, saturated fat, and monounsaturated fat. There are good fats and bad fats.

Dhealing basic blood remedy is to stop bad fats from getting into our body and at the same time remove the bad fats from our blood and organs. This can reduce our bad fats to normal limit.

After the above is done - we have to look at the good fats (polyunsaturated fats) to strengthen and balance our good fats, when it is balanced , it can do miracle to our health.

Good fats like Omega-3 and 6 fatty acids are a form of polyunsaturated fats , however due to over consumption of omega 6 fats in today's foods - it is not healthy for our body, it can cause many sickness - We will use omega 3 fats to balance the omega 6 - omega 3 and omega 6 is great fats , if it is balanced in our body, it can bring good health to our body - will post the FAQ on fish oil later.

This is the reason why this technique require you to take Fish oil with omega 3, preferable 1,000 mg to 3,000mg of omega 3. Normally i will recommend 2 pills morning and 2 pills night . ( 300gm of omega 3 each pill ).

Good morning Master,

I take the remedy with fish oil as guided. So far nothing noticeable to report, but my sleeping quality is getting much worse. I'd wake up several times during the night and in the morning, feeling very fatigue/depressed. I went to a Chinese herbalist who diagnosed that my liver is heaty and stomach is not working properly. She recommended to stop the remedy for awhile and take Chinese herb. I also saw a doctor that give me sleeping pill Ambien which helped somewhat, but side effect was terrible: racing heart, forgetting things and couldn't fall sleep without taking the medicine.

I have cut down on coffee and sweet food. Limit on meat and dairy product in take. I eat mainly fish and vegetable. I lack energy during the day with foggy brain. Between 1PM and 6PM, I'd feel very sleepy. I notice after I have a meal, my body tend to very tired and I'd have to take a nap. Thank you for your suggestion Master.

I am so sorry my technique can not give you what you want, the problem here is , seem like my technique can not detox you, your health problems seem quite complicated.

Good afternoon, dear Master :D:

After your advice to take Fish Oil with Omega 3 as a tonic to improve our health after finishing the Dhealing Basic Blood Remedy, we have some feedback to report.

My husband and I have been taking the fish oil for 2 weeks already - today is Day 15. We started with 1 capsule of 300mg Omega 3 twice a day, increased that to 2 capsules twice a day one week later, and yesterday, I increased to 3 capsules twice a day - making it a total of 1,800mg a day of Omega 3.

My husband said last night suddenly that he lost weight over the weekend and his work pants are looser now - that is despite him eating almost non-stop the whole of Sunday. :yp:

Two weeks ago, his pants were super tight that he almost can't wear his pants and he told me to go dig up his older, bigger pants...which I refused. I said he must lose weight by cutting back his diet or exercise. Of course, he didn't exercise and he ate more food! :omg2:

My children and I reported good moods....relaxed and happy - very calm. Natasha said she felt good and my children have only been on fish oil for 4 days. I can see my husband smiling a lot and more relaxed these few days. :yp:

I also suddenly felt my stomach bulge is flatter after 10 days of eating fish oil. When my order of fish oil from USA arrive, I will increase the dosage to more than 2,000mg daily for myself and my husband to try to lose more weight! :thinking :thinking :vgood:

Yesterday was the first day that Natasha starts her internship at a multinational company located in the city - when I went to her office to fetch her back, I was stuck in a heavy traffic jam and it took me 2 hours to come home. But surprisingly, I wasn't even a little bit stressed by it all (before, I would be really hot and bothered with stuck in such a long time in a bumper to bumper crawl)..which I attributed to the fish oil.

Also, another report of the Fish Oil is that my mind is getting clearer and better, not so forgetful. The benefit is almost as good as taking pegaga leaves...but I will observe more as I increase the dosage of Omega 3.

Best is, this is the 3rd week that I never got any heart palpitations...since I started the Omega 3, and I will continue to keep track. Previously, I would get irregular and intensely fast heartbeats every 2 weeks or so. So far, there's peace in my heart still. Phew! :yp:

Just wonder, could this lost of weight be due to the fact that both you and your husband is still taking your black fungus drinks while taking fish oil at the same time? I recall from the information that you posted on black fungus effects, that It burns fat. Master, any idea of this?

Master, can I go on a two to three weeks of oat and black fungus drink along with the fish oil to see its effect? Is it ok for me to drink more BFD? My recent blood test result shows my HDL is 68 (normal range is > 40), LDL is 130 ( normal range is < 130), and my total cholesterol is 219 (normal range is < 200). Also is there such thing as too little LDL cholesterol in. Person?

I stopped making the Black Fungus drink (BFD) about 10 days already when I thought to concentrate on the effects of the fish oil on us. Yesterday, I make the BFD at night. While we were on the BFD earlier, yes, we also felt our stomach not so bloated and flatter.

However, the funny thing this time about noticing how we were losing weight, it is not just the stomach being smaller in size but I can feel the flabbiness going away and there is more muscle or firmness in place despite not doing any exercises to firm up the stomach. Read Tip # 1 ... the writer recommends a dosage of 1 to 1.5 grammes of Omega 3 Fatty Acids to each percent of body fat, but that is a lot to take. I think the safe dosage is 1.8g to 3g a day....or 1,800mg to 3,000mg daily.

When i posted a technique - it is usually very clear and easy to follow, and some with well explain FAQ and pictures, many members had follow the technique without asking question.

You can continue with oats and black fungus drink - no problem.

For Omega 3 - it is good that you had started for one week - if you like you can increase one more pill in the morning and night, best way to lost weight is to control/ manage your food intake. You need to do a light exercise to lose fats.

The omega 3 you are taking with normalize your cholesterol .

On Friday last week, I increased the daily dosage of Omega 3 Fish Oil for my family - 1,800 mg for my children and 2,400 mg for my husband and myself. :vh:

By the third day (Sunday), I felt very sleepy with heavy eye-lids after taking the lunch dose of Fish Oil and had to go to bed to sleep in the afternoon. Yesterday, the same thing happen again after I took my lunch dose (1 capsule of 600 mg Omega 3) whereby I felt very sleepy also and that was despite drinking a cup of coffee. :sleep: :sleep: :sleep:

I checked with the rest of my family - my daughters reported that they never felt sleepy, while both my sons felt sleepy after taking the Fish Oil. My husband felt sleepy most of the day. :thinking

So, today I reduced back the Omega 3 dosage to try again - I just took 1 capsule of 600 mg after lunch...felt just a bit of sleepiness but I ignored the feeling and continued with my chores. For my sons, I advised them to drop their dosage of Fish Oil to 900 mg and to take 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules at night after dinner so they can sleep early. :vh:

So far, the Omega 3 is very good for calming and giving us a good mood. My usual monthly perimenopausal symptoms of crankiness and irritability didn't happen this week and so, I am very happy that the Omega 3 is good for soothing perimenopause symptoms also. :yp:

Because I felt the Omega 3 was so good in terms of health benefits to me, I increased the dosage to 2,400 mg per day but I guess we can't have too much of it even if it is good for me? :omg:

P.S. Two hours after posting the above feedback, I started to feel very tired and around 5pm, I suddenly felt giddy (pening kepala) until now as I am typing this. It so happened my husband called me to tell me that he has been feeling sleepy despite sleeping 10 hours last night and he almost fell asleep during a meeting just now. :omg:

I am not sure but after reading about fatigue and dizziness, I read online that fish oil is also a blood thinner, and sometimes, we get dizziness and tiredness after a period of taking fish oil. Because the fish oil can also lower blood pressure, perhaps I am giddy because of lower blood pressure? :thinking

Also, could it be because my husband and I had been on the Black Fungus Drink for 40 days and because the black fungus is also a blood thinner, our blood was already thin when we started on the fish oil. I am not sure, those are just my guesses. :thinking

Anyway, we will stop taking the fish oil for a few days, maybe even a week and observe any changes after that and I will report my feedback here later. :vh:

The key point in taking omega 3 is balance, if it unbalance the omega 6 - it can cause discomfort. :smile:

Ah, I understand now from your explanation as to what is happening to us on taking fish oil - now that I don't cook much deep-fried foods and we eat healthier, it is not necessary to take too much Omega 3.

No wonder I had a headache for 2 days already and I thought it was due to the sleepiness. Nicolle said she had trouble waking up these few days...usually, she is a very light sleeper and can wake up in time for work. :thinking

Hi master,

Came across this website while browsing the goodness of black fungus and I would like to get some advice from you before I prepare this drink for my father. About a month ago, my father had a heart attack and was admitted to ER. He had angiogram the next day and found out that there were blockages and required to go for bypass. However, we seek for second opinion and from the second opinion, it seems that the ER doctor had overlooked on the blockages and shouldn't be on the list for bypass. Second angiogram cannot be done because my father kidney is not working too great hence the doctor prescribe medicines for him and not recommended to do angiogram or angioplasty yet. With his condition like this and on medications, can he still drink black fungus water?

Your father might be too weak to take the black fungus drink, need to use another method then later use the black fungus drink.

I will recommend him to take fish oil daily - 2 pills or 4 pills per day depend on the omega 3 per pill, omega 3 normally is 300 mg per pill, then he should take 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills at night - totally 1,200mg of omega 3 fish oil per day.

After one week - give me some feedback.

The main function of the fish oil is to remove toxins in the blood and those stick onto the blood vessels - especially bad cholesterol, this technique is very effective.

I've finished last Friday my one month Black Fungus treatment and here I am to report the first good news:

blood test taken on December 1st 2012.......on 27 May 2013....normal range

.....total cholesterol: 192mg........................176mg..........<200mg
.....HDL...............: 60mg.........................40mg...........35-70mg
.....LDL............... missing........................115mg.........70-130mg
.....trigliceride....... 80mg......................... 101mg..........60-150mg
.....glucose........... 81mg............................95mg.........70-115mg
.....uric acid.........3,90mg..........................3,66mg........2,6-6mg

I have one question about those results: it is written on my paper that under HDL 35mg there is a high risk of cardiovascular disease :thinking Am I bit too close to that value? Should I increase the protein intake or simply forget about it?

I have left a very important test to make: the ultrasound check of the carotids, but with this I totaly depend on my daughter because I'm not able to do it alone. I need to see 3 doctors before that and can't walk that much. She will take me there as soon as she can and I'll let you know the results immediately. :D:

Please Master, tell me what to do from now on! I still have 500 gr of Black Fungus. Also you have to know that I'll go to Cyprus on June 17 and will be back on July 1st. Should I have BFD once a week for the moment, as you wrote on an earlier post?

Your blood test is normal to me - need to increase HDL. :smile:

Fish oil with omega 3 will increase HDL naturally, other method - light exercise, lose weight, Moderate Alcohol Consumption.

Foods to Eat: (foods high in mono- and poly-unsaturated fats)
• Fish: salmon, mackerel, tuna (high poly-unsaturated fat; specifically Omega-3)
• Oils: olive, canola, safflower oil, sunflower oil (high mono- and poly- unsaturated fat)
• Nuts and Seeds: walnuts, almonds, sunflower, cashew, peanut butter (mono- and poly-unsaturated fats; some saturated fats as well)

Need to know how much fish oil omega 3 you are taking daily , 1000mg of fish oil or 1000mg of omega 3. ? , fish oil is a natural blood thinner - you need to ask your doctor that you are taking fish oil and want to stop the Plavix, if the doctor agree - we will increase your omega 3 to more than 2,000mg to further flush out blocks in your carotids.

Continue with oats and stop the black fungus drink - will continue with black fungus later.

Good morning, dear Master :D:

Yesterday, my husband got back his blood tests results from blood specimen taken on 8 April, 2013 ... and it was really scary :shock: :omg2:

8 April 2013 was when he was on Week 2 (14 days) of the Black Fungus Drink and Oatmeal.

However, 1 week ago before that, he has stopped his cholesterol medication.

Here are his blood tests results from 8 April, 2013 and from 6 February, 2013 ===>

Total Cholesterol - 7.79 mmol/L ........ 3.6 previously (normal is < 5.20)

Triglycerides - 12.79 mmol/L ........... 3.41 previously (normal is < 1.70)

HDL Cholesterol - 0.77 mmol/L ........... 0.74 previously(normal is > 1.03)

LDL Cholesterol - 1.06.................. 1.30 previously (normal is < 2.58)

Total Cholesterol/HDL - 10.10 mmol/L ........ 4.9 previously(normal is < 5)

Maybe it is due to him stopping the Cholesterol medication one week before this blood test... but it seems his Triglycerides had shot through the roof! :omg2:

His LDL or bad Cholesterol is normal still.

Tomorrow, he will go for a new blood test and I will report here so that we know what to do with him.

Meanwhile, I will start boiling the BFD again today - we have stopped for 3 weeks already. :thinking

同時,我將開始再次沸騰的BFD今天 - 我們已經停止已經3個星期。

Let us consider both the blood test is correct.....

His good cholesterol had increase and bad cholesterol had decrease - it is good.

However the Triglycerides had jump from 3.41 to 12.79 in 2 months, it is beyond my knowledge that this can happened in two months with an increase of 9 points, normally it take many months just to increase one point.

Your above post indicated that he is going to take another blood test - it is best to consult a medical doctor again with this condition of Triglycerides.

In the mean time stop the black fungus drink for him even though it is free of fats,sugar and salt.

here are some tips.....

How can you lower your high triglycerides?

You can make diet and lifestyle changes to help lower your levels.

Stay at a healthy weight.
Limit fats and sugars in your diet.
Be more active.
Quit smoking.
Limit alcohol.
